Where does it come from?
Holistic Homesteaders CBD products come from the medicinal hemp plant. Hemp and cannabis are similar, but are still very different. They both are from the same plant species–Cannabis Sativa L.–but differ in how they are grown and utilized. Cannabis is cultivated only for its flowers because of the high THC content. Hemp naturally contains less than 0.3% of THC by weight and has much higher percentages of CBD, making it an ideal source for our broad-spectrum CBD oil.
Holistic Homesteaders CBD is formulated with raw organically grown hemp oil sourced from Folium Biosciences, a Colorado based organic farm. Folium Biosciences is licensed with the Colorado State Department of Agriculture and grows in accordance with the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill Act.
